Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused bicycle components in their original box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
